We own and maintain the lighting materials. This allows us to replace worn components, fix issues quickly, and change colors or layouts without you having to buy new materials.

What happens if a light goes out or something stops working?

If a light goes out or needs attention, we'll fix it within 48 hours under our service guarantee.

What if lights fall or come loose?

If any lights come loose during the season, we'll resecure them at no additional cost.

Do I need to be home for installation or service?

No. As long as the exterior of the home is accessible, you do not need to be home for installation, service, or removal.
